Phil Tyson, President
Phil Tyson is skilled in anticipating business needs in the field of international healthcare benefits and specializes in the design and placement of leading edge plans for globally mobile employees and individuals.
His strong negotiating and interpersonal skills are a valuable asset as he interacts with potential clients, and his focus on listening and relationship building make him a pleasure to work with for clients, consultants, brokers, insurers, and staff.
His experience includes developing and implementing marketing and sales strategy and tools, proposal development for potential clients, and designing new products and services such as 'branded' individual products, association programs, reinsurance arrangements and high-risk placements.
Phil's background includes more than three decades as a respected insurance professional with firms that include Citadel Assurance Company, Manulife Financial Group Benefits, Norfolk Mobility Benefits Inc, and MSH International (CANADA).
Richard Albert, Vice President
Richard is a strategic and collaborative leader with a long and successful career enriched by increasingly senior positions with major benefits consulting and brokerage companies in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary.
An entrepreneur at heart, he decided to open his own company in Calgary Alberta in 1986. The Norfolk Group became a landmark in the local benefits consulting and administration marketplace over the next 20 years. During that time. Richard became increasingly attracted to the international side of the business, and established Norfolk International to offer innovative solutions to address the specific benefit needs of individuals and companies with a global workforce.
In 2006, Norfolk International was sold to MSH INTERNATIONAL, which is a subsidiary of Paris-based Mobility Saint-Honore (MSH). Rick then served as President and CEO for their operations in North America for several years.
